Having both experienced great loss, we’ve seen the hardship and stress that happens when a loved one passes away with no insurance. We’re driven to ensure none of our clients have to go through this without the help of good advice.
From the moment our daughter Stella was born she became our driving force to offer quality insurance advice that goes hand in hand with our values of living life bravely and protecting what matters most.

James combines his 6 years of experience and expertise in life and health insurance with a genuine desire to help others. After losing his uncle to cancer and seeing the effects of no advice firsthand, James makes sure his clients are well-informed and confident in their insurance decisions at every step of the way.

Cara is James’ right-hand and administrative support at Stellar Advice. Cara goes above and beyond to ensure that every client receives stellar service from when you put your cover in place to when you need to make a claim, and everything in between.

HOW WE WORK
We get to know you,
James will get to know you and your unique situation in your first meeting. Together, you’ll go over your key risk areas, make decisions about what you want covered, and determine your budget too.
Make sure you are prepared with info about your assets, liabilities, family and business structure, etc. James works with clients all over the country, so wherever you are in New Zealand, we can help.
Protecting what’s important,
James will advise a comprehensive insurance plan customised to cover what’s most important to you. He’ll walk you through the advice, and you’ll have time to consider your custom recommendations. Next, James will take you through the application for cover with the insurer.
Once your application is reviewed, James will go over your cover with you one last time to make sure it’s still right for you, then we’ll get it in place.
So you can live your life.
With your cover now in place, we’re here for you as life happens. Whether it’s a new addition to the family, a change in your employment or home, or a potential claim, we’re here to make sure you have the support you need to keep living your life with the confidence that you’re covered.
