We collect your personal information in order to:
schedule appointments and answer customer questions.
We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and never sharing outside relevant organizations (i.e. if you apply for insurance, we'll share your details with the insurer).
We keep your information for seven years (the FMA's required term) at which point we securely destroy it by erasing all digital files and destroying any physical files once digitized.
